RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original packaging, in good condition, and free from damage.
  • All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our support team before shipping any items back.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping Policy:

  • Damaged or defective products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, Dw Craftworks will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label via email at no charge to you.
  • Change of mind returns: If the product is in good condition and you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please contact us for the return address before shipping the item back.

Seasonal Products (Christmas decorations, dolls, etc.)

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • No returns are accepted after December 15th for Christmas products.
  • Items must be completely unused, with original tags, and in unopened packaging.
  • Returns will be rejected if the item shows signs of use, display, or wear.
  • Personalized seasonal products are not eligible for return unless defective (defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

Personalized Products (Non-Seasonal)

  • These items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Include clear photos of:
    1. The item
    2. The packaging
    3. Your order details
  • Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
  • After inspection, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact our support team for authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back following our instructions
  5. Refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item
