Handmade Products
All our products are handcrafted with care. Shipping times depend on product availability and production requirements.
Processing Times
• In-stock products: Ship within 1-2 business days • Products requiring crafting: 3-10 business days • Seasonal products (November-December): 5-12 business days • Personalized products: 7-14 business days
Note: Express shipping may not be available for items still in production.

Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): • 0-3 lb: $7.90 • 3-8 lb: $12.90 • 8-12 lb: $18.90 • FREE shipping on orders $100 or more
Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): • 0-3 lb: $10.90 • 3-8 lb: $15.90 • 8-12 lb: $22.90
PUERTO RICO
Economy Shipping (7-10 business days): • 0-3 lb: $11.90 • 3-8 lb: $16.90 • 8-12 lb: $22.90 • FREE shipping on orders $150 or more
Standard Shipping (7-10 business days): • 0-3 lb: $14.90 • 3-8 lb: $19.90 • 8-12 lb: $26.90
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Use this number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the continental United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or other U.S. territories at this time.
Business Days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Potential Delays
You will be notified via email of any production or shipping delays. During the holiday season (November-December), we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Carrier Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, DWcraftworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) once the package is in transit.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. • If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
